高压激励电容层析成像系统传感器阵列设计

Abstract:

为了解决高压交流激励电容层析成像系统微小电容检测的灵敏度和分辨率更高给电容传感器阵列设计带来的新问题,分析了极板长度和极板张角对几个重要的传感器阵列评价指数的影响,利用仿真方法评估了不同极板参数条件下中心型、层流型和环流型的重建图像的空间图像误差,并以此为依据确定了一组极板参数.最后给出了根据设计参数制作的8极板传感器阵列模型及高压激励电容层析成像系统的图像重建实验结果.实验结果证明:所设计的传感器阵列达到了设计的预期目标,所确定的参数方法是可行的.
