Mn:KLTN晶体相变温度实验测量

Abstract:

基于Kogelnik的耦合波理论,分析了钽铌酸钾锂(potassiumlithiumtantaliteniobate,KLTN)晶体衍射效率与环境温度的关系.环境温度在晶体的居里温度附近时衍射效率最高.设计了基于PID控制算法的KLTN晶体温度控制系统,该系统的测量精度为±0.3℃,控制精度为±0.5℃.利用二波耦合实验装置测量了晶体的衍射效率与环境温度的关系,实验结果与理论仿真吻合.获得晶体的居里温度为22.5℃,与谐振法得到的结果一致.
