高速取样示波器时基失真数据获取系统的构建

Abstract:

为了提高中国脉冲参数国家基准的准确度,需修正高速取样示波器时基失真.通过对时基失真数学模型的研究可知,时基失真修正算法需要通过实验获取大量多相位和多频率的测量数据,设计了2个获取高速取样示波器时基失真数据的实验方案,均获得了正交相位的多组频率数据,成功获取了50GHz带宽高速取样示波器的时基失真数据.时基失真修正算法的计算结果表明:实验获取的数据正确;将修正结果应用到中国脉冲参数国家基准系统的测量中,也获得了很好的效果.
