中医望诊图像信息标准量化与显示复现

Abstract:

针对中医望诊信息系统普遍存在数据不规范、显示效果差异大的问题,指出目前望诊图像数据采集与描述的误区,给出信息规范化的解决途径.认为6500K日光模拟光源可作为望诊信息系统的标准评价光源;提出采用色度空间作为数据描述的标准空间,通过基于成像模型的图像数据颜色修正方法实现原始图像数据向标准空间数据的转换,达到标准化数据描述的目的,由此形成了望诊图像采集与描述的标准化框架及评价方法,实验结果表明该框架可使不同望诊图像信息系统达到较高的数据一致性;最后,结合显示器颜色属性测试和修正方法,实现了显示图像的颜色复现.
