滚动活塞压缩机双级压缩中间补气制冷/热泵系统的实验研究

Abstract:

通过对带补气的双级压缩制冷/热泵系统性能的分析计算,确定出制冷与制热工况下最佳高低压腔容积比的范围.依据计算结果设计出样机进行实验研究.结果表明:与单级压缩的系统比,带补气的双级压缩系统的制冷量提高5%~15%,制冷能效比(energyefficiencyratio,EER)提高10%~12%;0.5~3℃蒸发温度下制热量能达到额定工况制热量的92%~95%;双级压缩中间补气的系统能有效遏制超低温下制热量的衰减,-27.6~-26.1℃下的制热量为额定工况的58%.
