基于Mach-Zehnder干涉仪的温度与位移传感器的传感特性

Abstract:

基于Mach-Zehnder干涉仪光纤温度与位移传感器的理论、方案和相关技术,利用光谱漂移直接测量的信号检测方法,实现了温度和位移的传感.实验结果表明:温度传感器其传感臂的有效长度大于0.49cm时,灵敏度随传感臂在温度场中长度的增加而增加,且二者具有很好的线性关系.在位移传感器的传感测量中,灵敏度与传感臂有效长度有线性变化关系,在有效归一化位移量大于a.u./6.5时,其灵敏度达到饱和.
