液体黏性联轴器扭矩传递特性的实验研究

Abstract:

为了研究液体黏性联轴器的扭矩传递特性,通过台架实验分析了3种硅油黏度、3种填充率及3种输入转速对液体黏性联轴器扭矩传递特性的影响;实验结果表明,黏度越大,发生驼峰现象所需的最低转速差越小,填充率低于90%时不发生驼峰现象,输入转速对驼峰现象的发生并没有影响;并测出了液体黏性联轴器的表面温度场,对研究实验件内部流体温度的变化有重要意义.
