在SPS过程中碳污染的研究

Abstract:

为了研究放电等离子烧结(SPS)过程中采用石墨模具对烧结材料的污染情况,以金属W为原料,用石墨模具,压力为30MPa,分别在1500℃和1900℃下进行放电等离子烧结.对烧结体的表层和表层下0.5mm处进行了X衍射物相分析,用扫描电镜对1900℃下烧结体的横截面进行了形貌观察和线扫描,并对化学反应进行了热力学计算.结果表明:石墨模具与物料金属W会直接发生化学反应;污染产物碳化物存在于W烧结体表层300nm以内区域,表层下0.5mm处仅有单质W存在;1500℃表层有W2C和WC生成,1900℃仅有WC生成.
