应用于空间飞行器的纳米TiO_2涂层的性能检测

Abstract:

为了验证纳米涂层确实能用于空间飞行器内空气的净化和杀菌,在4m3的长方体有机玻璃密封室中进行了纳米TiO2涂层的光催化性能实验,纳米涂层的总面积为4m2,并且照射的紫外光波长为365nm.在数据处理方面采用洁净空气量法(CADR).实验结果表明纳米涂层对SO2、HCHO和NO2的净化效果分别为每min23.09%、2.48%和4.88%.而对大肠杆菌抑菌效果为96%~99%,对肺炎克雷伯氏菌抑菌效果为92%~96%.
