基于时间反转的管道导波小缺陷检测数值分析

Abstract:

为克服现有导波检测技术对管道小缺陷检测的不足,给出了一种基于时间反转理论的管道缺陷超声导波无损检测方法.通过对含有裂纹及孔型小缺陷的管道进行数值模拟,进一步说明了在管道导波检测时,时间反转的方法可以实现超声导波在时间-空间上的聚焦,令由于缺陷而产生的多个转换模态同时到达缺陷位置,使原本分散在各导波模态的检测能量汇聚于缺陷处,增强检测能量,提高对小缺陷的检出能力.
