铁-钛-碳及铁-硅-钛-碳熔体中钛与碳的溶解度

Abstract:
本文报告了CO气氛下,Fe-Ti-C及Fe-Si-Ti-C(si1%)熔体中Ti与C溶解度的测定结果,并从TiC饱和吋的溶解度数据算出在C与TiC饱和及无C时铁液中Ti的活度系数.试验结果指出,不同温度下TiC与C饱和的铁液中Ti的浓度分别为0.78%(1425℃),1.04%(1509℃)及1.47%(1590℃).铁液中含有1%的si并不显著影响Ti的溶解度.
