Abstract:

采用座滴法研究了Ni-Fe-Cr-(14-29)Ti(质量分数,%,下同),合金在Si3N4陶瓷上的润湿行为,结果表明,在1493K,10min的真空加热条件下,随着含Ti量的增加,合金的润湿性逐渐改善,含Ti量为24%-29%时合金的润湿角达到27.3°,微观分析表明,钎料中的元素Cr向Ni-Fe-Cr-(24-29)Ti/Si3N4界面区扩散和富集,生成了复杂的Cr-Ni-Fe-Si四元化合物.
