热爆合成TiAl3临界温度判据的DSC研究

Abstract:

以Ti-75%Al热爆合成体系为对象,研究了一种基于热爆炸理论的热爆临界温度(θ'ign)DSC判据在材料热爆合成领域中应用的可能性采用该判据得到Ti-75%Al体系在不同加热速率下的θ'ign,并结合多元线性回归法预测该体系等温热爆临界温度为728.9℃,与由等温DSC观察获得的740-740℃的结果非常接近,从而证明该判据适用于快速确定金属二元系热爆合成的临界点燃温度
