粗晶粒Al多晶试件拉伸变形局部化的数值模拟

Abstract:

采用二维随机有限元法(SFEM)模拟了准静态拉伸载荷下具有随机不均匀材料属性的粗晶粒Al多晶试件的力学响应.模型考虑了晶粒的弹性各向异性和由于位错不均匀分布引起的晶粒屈服强度的差异,探讨了晶粒屈服强度分布及其样本差异对试件力学响应的影响.
