喷射沉积超高强Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的回归再时效处理

Abstract:
研究了回归及回归再时效处理对高Zn含量(质量分数为11.64%)的喷射沉积Al-Zn-Mg-Cu铝合金的显微组织及力学性能的影响.通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了回归及再时效合金的显微组织,并对合金进行了力学性能测试.结果表明,随回归温度的升高及时间的延长,其回归强度曲线呈现下降趋势,再时效强度曲线为抛物线走势;采用峰时效(120℃,24h)+回归处理(180℃,30min)+再时效(120℃,24h)的处理制度,不仅能够获得优于峰时效的抗拉强度,而且细化晶内组织,是一种理想的回归再时效处理制度.
