真空烧结法制备ZrO2(Y2O3)/Al2O3复合材料

Abstract:
本文研究真空烧结工艺制备Al2O3/ZrO2(Y2O3)复合材料,详细分析ZrO2(3Y)和ZrO2(2Y)含量对Al2O3基陶瓷烧结致密化、显微结构及相变行为的影响。分析ZrO2(Y2O3)的含量对复合材料显微组织的影响以及相变量存在着临界含量值。结果表明制备Al2O3/ZrO2(3Y)和Al2O3/ZrO2(2Y)复合材料,含量为15vol%和20vol%时,烧结试样相对密度分别为99.6.%和98.5%,ZrO2的晶粒平均尺寸为1.1μm和1.8μm,样品断裂前后的最大相变量分别是=43.8vol%,=18.4vol%。
