40MnB钢中碳硼化物的鉴定

Abstract:
使用金相观察、电解分离、X射线衍射、电子衍射和电子探针微区分析方法列40MnB钢中的碳硼化物进行了综合分析。当钢的硼含量超过0.003%,在850℃淬火后,沿奥氏体晶界有断续的Fe_(23)(B,C)_6网,使钢变脆。950℃正火后,只有少量颗粒状的Fe_3(B,C)残留在晶界处。研究了这两种碳硼化物的析出和转变规律。
