SnO-SiO_2系中氧化亚锡的挥发性能

Abstract:
运用在氮气流中測定蒸发速率的方法,研究了SnO-SiO_2系統中氧化亚錫的揮发性能。实驗証明在一定条件下,氧化亚錫的蒸发速率的对数值与溫度、熔体成分之間存在着簡单的比例关系。根据实驗数据計算出SnO-SiO_2系中SnO和SiO_2的活度值。它們在所研究的熔体成份范围內对理想溶液有明显的負偏差。根据实驗結果,推測了負偏差产生的原因,指出在所研究的成分范围內可能不存在SnO与SiO_2之間的化合物。
