溶体的次正规模型对二元平衡图热力学分析的运用

Abstract:

讨论了利用次正规溶体模型对二元平衡图进行热力学分析的一些结果,得出了各种典型复相平衡情况下溶体次正规性的判别式。计算表明,周期表第Ⅲ_B,Ⅳ_B,Ⅴ_B族各元素和Ge形成的溶液可以近似地用次正规模型描述;至少在化合物成分附近,Ga-As系统的溶液近似是正规的,In-Sb系统溶液是次正规的,并求出了它们相应的正规和次正规常数。从平衡图得到的次正规常数可以用来对溶液的热力学性质进行估算。
