Ni-Fe奥氏体合金的氢脆及成分影响

Abstract:
研究了5种Ni-Fe奥氏体的氢致塑性损失和K_(IC)随成分的变化,发现当Fe含量为60%时,氢致塑性损失极小;Fe为50%时滞后断裂门槛值K_(IH)极小,根据不稳定氢化物含量,固溶氢含量以及位错结构随合金成分的变化解释氢致塑性损失和K_(IH)随成分的变化规律。
