落管技术与急冷方法制备Cu_(60)Zr_(40)非晶合金晶化行为的比较

Abstract:
本文用X射线衍射和DSC热分析技术研究了由落管技术制备的非晶Cu_(60)Zr_(40)的晶化行为,并且与急冷条带进行了比较,研究结果表明落管技术制备的Cu—Zr非晶合金与同成分的急冷非晶样品有明显不同的晶化行为,急冷条带样品的晶化析出相为Cu_(10)Zr_7,晶化属于多形型转变,而落管样品的晶化析出相为Cu_(51)Zr_(14)和未知的富Zr相,晶化属于初晶型转变。
