200Cr12钢下贝氏体碳化物来源及形成机制

Abstract:
通过本文实验用钢的研究,证明了下贝氏体碳化物的来源用透射电镜(TEM)证实下贝氏体碳化物在下贝氏体铁素体宽面上巨型台阶前沿析出,且呈楔状形态,楔根(较粗的一端)源于巨型台阶前沿、楔尖指向奥氏体基体内部;随着离α/γ界面距离的增加,楔状碳化物截面逐渐变细,最后演变为楔尖状实验表明下贝氏体碳化物优先在α/γ界面上巨型台阶阶面前沿形核,或在界面附近奥氏体侧形核,也可在贝氏体铁素体亚片条间奥氏体内形核,然后向相邻奥氏体基体一侧长大本文在实验基础上提出下贝氏体碳化物的形核长大模型
