Abstract:
用单辊快淬法制备了成分为NdxFe94-xB6(x=7,8,9,10)的四种快淬薄带.用X射线衍射(XRD)和Moessbauer谱对四种快淬薄带的非晶化程度进行了研究.结果表明,Nd含量的增加可以提高材料的非晶形成能力,快淬薄带的晶化4行为和晶化产物分别用示差热分析(DTA),XRD和热磁测量进行了研究,当x≥8时,快淬薄带直接由非晶态晶化得到Nd2F314B和α-Fe两相.
