二元过渡族金属合金非晶态形成规律

Abstract:
依据机械合金化引起固态反应非晶化(SSAR)机制,选择等原子成分合金的形成焓ΔHf和自扩散激活能差ΔHs为参数坐标构成的坐标系.揭示了机械合金化引进二元过渡族合金合金非晶化的规律.基于已有的实验事实,确定二元过渡族金属合金在机械合金化时形成非晶的条件为Δf〈-0.005750(ΔHs)^2+1.345636(ΔHs)-58.744095.
