Abstract:
采用高分辨电子显微术、能量散射X射线谱及计算机模拟的方法,研究了烧结态时时效后的ZrO2-6Y2O3陶瓷哪现的分别具有类L12与类L10有序结构的Y0.26Zr0.75O2-x与Y0.5Zr0.5O2-y相.
