单辊法制备非晶合金中的传热与熔体流动数值模拟

Abstract:
基于耦合的二维Navier-Stokes动量方程和热传导方程建立了单辊法制备非晶合金中的传热和熔体流体动力学模型.利用SIMPLE差分算法计算了熔池内的温度场和速度场,获得了不同辊速条件下熔体的平均冷却速度,与红外热像法测得的Fe78Si0B12Mo非晶合金的冷却速度相比.
