第三组元对Al—Bi偏晶合金凝固组织的影响

Abstract:

采用控制铸造技术制备了减摩轴瓦材料Al-Bi偏晶合金,并通过活加第三组元的方法,研究了Si,Sn、Pb对Al-Bi合金凝固组织的影响,合金加热至1000℃后采用控制铸造技术制得均匀铸锭,金相分析结果显示,第三组元Pb、Sn对偏晶合金中Bi粒子的尺寸及形有很大的影响.
