铜熔炼过程中伴生元素分配行为的计算机模型

Abstract:

本文提出了伴生元素Ni,Co、Sn,Pb,Zn,as,Sb,Bi,au和ag在铜熔炼过程中分配行为的计算机模型.利用该模型,对闪速炼铜和Noranda炼铜等铜熔炼过程进行了模拟,并将预测结果与实际生产数据作了对比,模型的预报与实际生产数据吻合得很好.该模型时代化铜熔炼过程的操作条件及有效控制伴生元素的分配行为,均具有重要指导作用.
