魏氏组织表面浮突的扫描隧道显微镜研究

Abstract:

用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)观察了Fe-0.37C(质量分数,%)合金中魏氏组织铁素体的表面浮突,发现其浮突形状为帐篷型和复杂形态.切变机制不能解释魏氏组织表面浮突的形成过程,而扩散控制的台阶机制可合理地解释.魏氏组织的浮突高度为70—450nm,最大形状变形约0.36.
