金属的液态结构及快速凝固模拟

Abstract:
本文应用Finnis－Sinclair形式多体势对8种hcp型金属的液态结构进行了分子动力学模拟，分析了该F—S多体势对这几种hcp型金属液态结构的描述情况；并对金属Co进行了两个快速凝固分子动力学模拟，利用对分析技术说明了冷却速率对Co微观结构的影响.
