Abstract:
在反应自由能计算、DTA和X射线衍射实验的基础上,从热力学和动力学角度系统分析了原位合成MoSi2—SiC复合材料过程中相形成的基本规律,获得对合成工艺的温度、加热速度及时间的指导性结论.
