雾化沉积棒坯的生长机制研究

Abstract:
利用计算机数值模拟技术与实验相结合,研究了喷射成型过程中棒坯的生长机制.结果表明在雾化沉积棒坯过程中,当工艺参数合适且接收器后退速度ｖ〈ａ．ｃｏｓφ时,在经过一个瞬时时,沉积态棒坯将以等直径的方式生长.在其它工艺参数恒定的条件下,调整接收器的后退速度ｖ,可制备出不同直径的沉积态棒坯.
