Abstract:
根据电化学原理,得到高阻值衬层穿透性裂纹的电沉积电流与时间的关系曲线,利用计算机数据采集及处理系统,对高阻值衬层进行分析与检测,由此可以定量确定裂纹的大小,再通过观测在裂纹处所沉积的金属(或采用电极扫描技术)来确定裂纹的位置及表面形状,最终可以实现对高阻值衬层的快速无损探伤.
