Al-Ti系中间合金的铝热反应

Abstract:
利用Ｘ射线衍射相分析,扫描电镜,能谱分析以及化学分析等方法对铝热反应过程进行了研究.结果表明铝热在初期非常剧烈,后期达到平衡,铝热反应是一个复杂的反应过程,由多个具体反应组成.反应初期,除ＴｉＡｌ３外,生成了亚稳态的ＴｉＡｌ９,后期ＴｉＡｌ９转化为稳定的ＴｉＡｌ３金属间化合物.
