Fe-Ti-C熔体中TiC颗粒的原位合成及长大过程研究

Abstract:
本文研究了Fe-Ti-C合金溶体中原位TiC颗粒的形成过程.结果表明在合金熔体的等温过程中,Ti和C原子首先不断反应合成TiC颗粒,址对生成的TiC与熔体达到不平衡;然后,TiC颗粒按照小颗粒不断溶解.大颗粒相应在粗化的模式而长大.其中,TiC颗粒的合成过程又可进一步分为TiC晶核的形成和长大两个阶段越长.
