Fe单晶中裂纹愈合过程的TEM原位观察

Abstract:

通过在透射电镜中原位加热,研究了高纯Fe单晶主裂纹附近微裂纹的愈合过程结果表明加热到973K以上,微裂纹(0.25或2μm)开始愈合;在1023K停留100s,微裂纹可完全愈合
