碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料(SiCp/2024Al)的热变形行为

Abstract:

采用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机对17%SiCp/2024Al(体积分数)复合材料在温度为573-773K、应变速率为0.02-0.5s-1变形条件下的热变形行为进行了研究.结果显示,复合材料的流变应力随变形温度的升高、应变速率的降低而降低,采用位错颗粒交互作用模型能够合理的解释复合材料的应力-应变行为;采用Power-Arrhenius型速率方程ε=Aσ1/mexp(-(Q/RT))对复合材料的热变形激活能Q进行了计算,结果显示复合材料在不同的温度区间具有不同的激活能,其中在623-723K的变形温度区间内,激活能为250kJ?mol-1.
