Ce,Y-TZP陶瓷的室温至250℃内耗

Abstract:

测量了不同Y2O3稳定剂含量(摩尔分数分别为0.25%,0.50%和0.75%)对8Ce,Y-TZP陶瓷的室温至250℃内耗特征的影响.结果表明,Y2O3含量为0.25%时,晶体结构为单斜相,无内耗峰出现,内耗呈单调增加;而Y2O3含量为0.50%和0.75%时,晶体结构为四方相,在内耗-温度曲线上出现弛豫内耗峰,模量单调减小,峰值为10^-3--10^-2,峰位随测试频率增加向高温移动,弛豫时间符合Arrhenius关系,内耗峰的积分强度与稳定剂的含量(即Y^3+离子的浓度)成正比,该内耗峰起源于YZrVoe偶极子的再取向.
