一种单晶镍基合金的高温蠕变损伤

Abstract:
测定了[001]取向单晶镍基合金的蠕变曲线,并利用SEM和TEM对蠕变后期的微观组织结构进行了观察结果表明蠕变第三阶段结构特征是大量位错切入筏状γ'相.降低了台金的蠕变抗力两个滑移系统交割产生滑移台阶,连续的交替滑移使筏状γ'相发生扭曲、并产生微裂纹是蠕变断裂的直接原因
