Ni3Al+NiAl双相合金的氢致开裂

Abstract:
利用恒载荷试样和WOL试样研究了Ni3Al+NiAl双相合金中氢致裂纹形核的规律以及氢致滞后断裂归一化门槛应力σc/σf与试样中可扩散氢含量WH0的关系.结果表明,氢致裂纹择优在NiAl相中或Ni3Al/NiAl相界面处形核扩展;Ni3Al能阻碍氢致裂纹扩展恒载荷实验表明,氢致滞后断裂门槛应力随可扩散氢含量的对数线性下降,即σc/σf=0.58-0.042lnWH0.
