浆料涂层法制备钢用硬质覆层材料

Abstract:

用浆料涂层液相烧结法在1300℃制备出45钢用硬质覆层材料FC-I,热处理后的维氏硬度为6.41GPa.用聚乙烯醇加无水乙醇作为配置浆料的有机胶结剂用扫描电镜、X射线衍射和能谱对FC-I的微观结构进行了测试,结果表明,FC-I硬质覆层中硬质相和粘结相分散比较均匀;硬质覆层的组织为α-Fe和Fe3W3C,其中α-Fe的体积比约占60%-70%;硬质覆层与45钢的界面为扩散型,界面结合良好.磨损实验表明FC-I的耐磨性远好于基体材料45钢.
