连铸结晶器内钢液涡流现象的水模型观察和数值模拟

Abstract:
利用水模型观察连铸结晶器内导致钢坯质量下降的涡流现象.提出蛇型结构结晶器水模型,撒入黑芝麻以显示结晶器内自由液面流谱,用可调曝光时间的照相机记录涡流图案.实验中观察到较为稳定的单个涡和偶尔出现的两个对称涡现象.在数值模拟中,将浸入式水口移离中心位置,从而可产生偏流和涡流.实验与模拟的结果表明结晶器内三维偏流导致涡流的出现,涡流位于水口较低流速一侧,涡流强度取决于拉速和水口偏离中心的程度.
