Ni3Al+NiAl双相合金的氢致开裂过程研究

Abstract:
利用楔型张开加载(WOL)试样和带缺口的拉伸试样原位研究了Ni3Al+NiAl双相合金氢致裂纹形核扩展的过程.当试样中的氢浓度为C0=12.6×10-4%时.氢致裂纹止裂门槛应力强度因子为KIH=15.7Mpa@m1/2,裂纹扩展第二阶段速率为(da/dt)II=0.019mm/h.对氢浓度为C0=24.7×10-4%的试样.SEM下的原位拉伸表明.氢致裂纹形核的临界应力下降.氢致裂纹择优沿NiAl/Ni3Al相界形核、扩展而未充氢试样的裂纹在NiAl基体中形核、扩展.导致解理开裂任何裂纹的形核、扩展和NiAl中的滑移带无关.滑移带主要集中在Ni3Al相.它是裂纹扩展的障碍.
