ZnCl2蒸汽对纯Ni高温氧化的影响

Abstract:
利用热重实验研究了纯Ni在600—800℃含少量气态ZnCl2的氧气中的腐蚀.结果表明,随着实验温度的提高和氧气中ZnCl2浓度的增加,材料的腐蚀明显加剧;700℃以上时,在动力学上出现减重现象.所有实验条件下皆形成疏松的层状腐蚀产物膜.依据热力学探讨了其腐蚀机制,认为加速腐蚀主要是由氧化、氯化的交替腐蚀所致,并受到NiCl2的挥发控制.
