孕育剂Ti,Zr对2219Al--Cu合金焊缝组织及性能的影响

Abstract:
研究了焊丝中添加孕育剂Ti,Zr对2219Al--Cu合金MIG焊缝组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明,当焊丝中Ti,Zr添加量分别为0.26%和0.33%时,整个焊缝形成了全部等轴晶组织,并且沿晶界分布的共晶相的数量减少,显著提高了焊缝金属的抗拉强度和延伸率。在焊缝金属中,Ti,Zr以金属间铝化物质点的形式提供非均质形核的核心,促进了均匀、细小的等轴晶粒的形成。
