氢对Ti-60钛合金显微组织和高温力学性能的影响

Abstract:

随着氢浓度增加,Ti-60合金中的初生α相的体积分数、(α+β)→β相变点及高温屈服强度均连续降低.高温拉伸时合金的最低屈服点出现在相应氢浓度下的(α+β)→β相变点处,进一步增加氢含量反而使合金的屈服强度升高,其原因是氢强化了?相.Ti-60合金中氢浓度w(H)与(α+β)→β相变点满足方程t(α+β)→β(℃)=815+210exp(-3w(H)).900℃拉伸时,0.3%的氢使合金的屈服强度降幅达70%
