Abstract:

首先论述从淬火-分配(Q&P)工艺发展起来的淬火-分配-回火(Q-P-T)工艺以及两者的差异,总结Q-P-T钢从超高强度到高强塑性的发展,对比先进新型Q-P-T工艺和传统淬火-回火(Q-T)工艺的差异及其对钢力学性能的不同影响,重点讨论在形变中残留奥氏体对超高强钢塑性增强的微观机制,为先进高强钢的进一步发展提供组织设计和控制的理论指导.
