原子探针层析技术(APT)最新进展及应用

Abstract:
原子探针层析技术(APT)是具有原子尺度空间和质量分辨率的材料表征和分析手段.近几年来,在原子探针设备和数据软件分析技术方面有很大改善和进步.本文在介绍APT最新进展的基础上,以高强度低合金(HSLA)钢和铝合金为研究对象,讨论了APT在传统结构材料研究中的独特优势.
