温度对国产核级316L不锈钢在加Zn水中电化学腐蚀性能的影响*

Abstract:

在模拟压水堆一回路B+Li水和加Zn水中,采用极化曲线、阻抗谱(EIS)原位研究了温度(T)变化对国产核级316L不锈钢(316LSS)电化学腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明,T升高导致316LSS表面氧化膜的保护性能减弱.从低温到高温,316LSS表面膜结构由单层转变为双层,富Cr氧化层起到关键性的阻挡金属基体继续氧化的作用.与无Zn相比,加Zn后316LSS表面膜的耐蚀性增强,但生长机制不变.从氧化物溶解度和结构模型的角度讨论了316LSS在上述水溶液中表面氧化膜的形成机理.
