Abstract:

过渡金属硫化物单分子层是近年来发展起来的一个新兴研究领域。从化学合成的角度来看,硫属化物单分子层为在低温下合成具有特定结构的固体化合物或材料提供了一种新的途径。本文综述了近年来有关硫化物单分子层的研究状况。
